“I manage the Back of House staff at Sherm’s Catering including Chefs, Prep Cooks and Utility Workers. I have a passion for cooking and creating new dishes. I especially love providing table service such as Omelet and Carving Stations. I have been working in the Food and Beverage Industry since 2004.”
